To all drifter lovers here in Asia, to be specific in South East Asia, another round of Formula Drift event will be heading to Singapore on 24th to 25th April 2010 at the F1 Pit Building, Marina Bay Singapore. This year marks the 3rd year for the event since its inaugural launch in 2008 but it would be the first time the event will be held at the Marina Bay. Spectators can expect an extraordinary experience with the finalists burning up the course two-at-a-time, often inches apart. The Formula DRIFT Singapore 2010 Powered by Nissan is organized by ESPN STAR Sports (ESS). Drift Pac Pte Ltd is technical consultant and holds the rights to the Formula Drift series in Singapore.
This event has become a sporting calendar highlight attracting a lot of regional interest as much as 45 drifters from Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Japan and New Zealand. The in famous Japanese Champion and Top Formula Drift USA Pro Ryuji Miki will be in the event to pose the challenge to our prince of drift Tengku Djan. Let’s hope our Prince of Drift can be on the upper hand and to be crown the champion.
