Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Automobiles Peugeot in Malaysia, has launched its latest service centre outlet in the country, Peugeot Service Klang.
Dato’ Samson Anand George, Chief Operating Officer of Nasim said the new service centre will serve several corners of the Klang Valley and the main areas surrounding Petaling Jaya, in particular the markets in Klang, Pulau Ketam, Pulau Indah, Pelabuhan Klang, Teluk Panglima Garang, Jenjarom and Kapar.
“With Peugeot Service Klang, we now have 155 service bays nationwide with the capacity to service over 15,000 cars per month. This is part of our nationwide network expansion drive towards improving customer satisfaction and reducing service lead time.,” he said.
With an investment of RM1 million, Peugeot Service Klang measures 10,500 sq. ft. and features free Wi-Fi and a lounge for its customers. Owned and operated by UDH Ventures Sdn Bhd, the service centre has 7 bays with the capability to service up to 20 units per day.
Peugeot Service Klang is part of a nationwide expansion exercise by Nasim. It is the third new outlet launched by Nasim this year and the seventeenth Peugeot outlet in the Klang Valley. Nasim recently launched a 3S centre in Taiping and a 1S showroom in Petaling Jaya.
Following Peugeot Service Klang, Nasim is scheduled to launch two more outlets throughout the country this year. These new outlets will contribute to Nasim’s target of selling 4,200 units this year.
Nasim currently has a total of 43 outlets nationwide in operation since embarking on a rapid network expansion four years ago. This includes 18 outlets in the Klang Valley alone.
In conjunction with the launch, there will be a special promo for Peugeot customers. From June 10 to July 15, every car that comes in for servicing at Peugeot Service Klang will receive an original Peugeot t-shirt. In addition, one lucky customer can be the proud owner of an iPad Mini. All they have to do is answer 3 questions about Peugeot to be in the running to win the iPad Mini.
