Final Inspection Video of The All New Bentley Mulssane

Bentley has release another edition of its video featuring the production stage on the pre production models of the Bentley Mulsanne. As what I uncovered in the recent article, each car is individual, there is no possibility of having two same cars here in planet Earth. To build the car, it involves 98 team members and a high precision is the most elements stressed on their day to day job. Each car goes through a diagnostic testing at various points of inspection to make sure the car that rolls out of the Crewe factory are perfectly assembled. In total there are 2000 various check handled by the cream of the cream hand crafters. Enjoy the 5m and 34sc clips of a pure skill craftsmanship.

The 2nd part of the video is featuring the inspectors at the last point of examining the car from a subjective point of view. According to Quality Manager Donna Morrey "Internally, we say we are the hands and eyes of the customer." Morrey's team puts the car through a two-hour, 503-point checklist before giving each unit a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. The last test will be, all Bentley cars will be subjected to a road test for approximately 30 miles on the roads around Crewe to ensure the functionality of the car entirely before the keys were handed down to the customers.
