Goodyear Malaysia has backed the quality and durability of its tires by extending its Worry Free Assurance program, designed to help provide drivers with greater peace of mind while on the road.
For over 115 years, Goodyear has been a leader in tire technology and innovation, with a focus on creating unique products and services that enhance performance. With this in mind, Goodyear Malaysia is delivering greater assurance to drivers by offering its Worry Free Assurance program. This provides replacement tires on selected Goodyear tire patterns for road hazard damage that is beyond repair*.
“Goodyear Malaysia is constantly striving to meet consumers’ needs, not only with our tire products, but also with the services we offer. Our Worry Free Assurance is part of our efforts to provide added value and assurance to drivers,” said Ivy Peng, managing director of Goodyear Malaysia.
“We are confident in the quality of our Goodyear products and we want our customers to be as well, which is why we are delighted to expand the range of tires covered under our Worry Free Assurance program. We understand that sometimes mishaps occur, and this program is here to help when they do.
“Our Worry Free Assurance program offers purchasers a free tire replacement for damages caused by road hazards when the tire tread depth is at more than 6.7mm. For road hazard damages that occur within 5.5 to 6.6mm of the tire tread depth, a partial credit will be issued for use in the purchase of a new Goodyear tire of the same size and design.”
Goodyear’s Worry Free Assurance program was first launched in Malaysia in 2013 to provide added protection against road hazard damage for drivers who purchased Goodyear Assurance TripleMax tires. The program has now been extended to four more tire patterns in the Goodyear’s passenger and SUV range; including Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2, Eagle F1 Directional 5, Eagle EfficientGrip and EfficientGrip SUV.
Goodyear’s Worry Free Assurance program provides replacement tires on selected models for road hazard damage that is beyond repair, caused by puncture, cut, bruise or impact during the course of normal driving on a maintained road. With a validity period of six months effective from the date of purchase, tires can be replaced at the outlet where they were purchased*.
